While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, product descriptions, images, and pricing may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Orders over $150 CAD qualify for free standard shipping within Canada.
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Custom and personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
