Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order at any time by visiting your account orders page.
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
We currently process exchanges as a return and a new order. Simply return your original item and place a new order for the replacement. If you need assistance, contact our team and we will be happy to help.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage in your report so we can resolve the issue quickly.
